Contact Info

  • Why does the league require that all league participants be identified in the system?
  • How do I enter my contact info?
  • I have a new email address. How do I changeover?
  • How do I find my opponent's contact info?

How do I find my opponent's contact info?

Communication between members is vital to the smooth operation of a travel league as large and diverse as ENYTB. There used to be two ways to find contact info on other league members but now, due to abuses by past members, there is only one.

Until 2008 members could find contact info for everyone in the League at Tools > Contact Info. This tool was ENYTB's phone-book, providing full contact info for the entire league 24/7. You could look up individuals alphabetically by last name or you could search by team using age division and team classification criteria.

Since the beginning of 2008, because of abuses by former members, member access to Tools > Contact Info has been restricted to emailing your own team coaches and/or players.

Also beginning 2008, members are restricted to the contact info for their scheduled opponents only. One accesses this information from your team schedule page by simply clicking on an opposing team's name (MY TEAM > Team Schedule > Schedule (Updated)) > Find the game of interest.

NOTE: You will not be allowed to view contact info for even your opponents if the contact info for your team manager, coaches and contact persons isn't complete in full, including street address, email and phone numbers.

NOTE: Each team must also designate a primary and secondary contact.

REPEAT: If any required information is omitted, your team will be denied access to opponent contact info.
