    How Do I Get My Logo To Appear On My Ads, Game Reports and Lineup Cards etc.

    Logos are usually specific to a club but, beginning 2012, this capability has been extended to allow teams to display their own logos when they are different from the logo used by their club.

    Once a logo is uploaded for your club, it will automatically appear in all places on the website where logos are displayed. The same club logo will appear for ALL teams owned by the same club unless that team has uploaded its own team-specific logo.

    Each club or team can have only one "active" logo at any time but logos can be replaced at any time. If you have your own club/team website, your logo will "click through" to your website if you enter your website url when setting up your logo.

    To upload a club logo the user must have club level access (as opposed to team only access). Usually this is your club rep and/or owner. With approval from the club rep or owner, additional persons who are members of the same club can be assigned club level access. Club level access is the highest member level access privilege and allows the person access to all info for all teams in the club. Obviously, this level of access should not be given out indiscriminately.

    To upload your club logo, follow these simple steps:
    (Separate instructions below for uploading a team-specific logo.)

    (1) Log-in (club level access members only);

    (2) Navigation instructions:

    → MY TEAM
    → Utilities
    → Upload My Team Logo or Click Here To Go There.

    (3) Use the browse function to find the saved image file on your computer.

    (4) Click Upload.

    NOTE: Club logo is the default for all teams in your club unless you upload a separate team logo, discussed next.

    To upload a team logo different from your club logo, follow these simple steps:

    (1) Log-in (team level access);

    (2) Navigation instructions:

    → MY TEAM
    → Utilities
    → Upload My Team Logo or Click Here To Go There

    (3) Use the browse function to find the saved image file on your computer.

    (4) Click Upload.

    (5) The new logo will appear and you can enter the URL and organization name. This logo will now represent your team i.e., it will supersede your club logo (if already uploaded).
