    All ENYTB teams MUST complete and keep current,
    its official ENYTB online roster.

    Roster = Team
    No roster = No team.

    NOTE: To ensure this is the case, ENYTB requires that each team list at least nine players on its online roster by APR 1 (ages 12U and younger) and May 15 (ages 13U and older). Failure to do so will result in website access being restricted for that club/team. Once the deadline violation is corrected, the team shall instantly regain full website access.

    IMPORTANT: A player can NOT make an appearance in an ENYTB game before he/she is placed on the team's online roster.

    A team can revise its league roster throughout the regular season.
    When a player is added after the season has begun, or after the team has submitted proof of age for all its original players, the team must provide proof of age for the new player to the league within 3 days of that player's first game appearance. Email scanned copies (or send via snail-mail) of proof of age to:

    Debbie
    ddoraz15@gmail.com

    Each sanctioning body has its own regular season rosters and its own cut-off dates for post-season eligibility, the earliest of which is June 15 (AABC at 14U and younger). Thus, after those dates, you can add new players to your ENYTB (league) roster but not your AABC sanctioned regular season roster. Anyone not on your sanctioned regular season roster is ineligible to play for your team in post-season tournaments sanctioned by that sanctioning body.

    To add a player to your roster you must be logged in to the site.

    NAVIGATION INSTRUCTIONS: → MY TEAM → Team Roster(s) → ENYTB → Add Player to My ENYTB Roster

    (1)As you type in the player's last name, a search function will automatically search the ENYTB player database to see if the player is already in the system. If it finds the player you wish to add to your roster, click the "LINK" function and follow the onscreen prompts.

    (2) If the system finds a list of players with the same last name, type in the player's first name, middle initial and DOB. Be careful to check the list of candidates after each letter you type as the player may be entered under a slightly different spelling, including a different version of his first name.

    (3) If the system fails to find the player, finishing entering the player's first name, middle initial and DOB. Then click ADD NEW PLAYER. This will open a roster information form specific to the new player being added. Enter player's info into the form, including the player's correct email address (this is used to assign each player his own personal login). W/o a valid email address the player and/or his family will never have access to the website. In addition, at least one sanctioning body requires the player's email address on its official roster form.

    IMPORTANT: PLEASE ENTER THE PLAYER's CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS!

    The RML website will print a completely filled out official roster form for your team for each sanctioning body it is registered for, provided you have entered all required info for all your players and coaches.
