All League Participants Must Be Fully Identified On The Website,
Including Managers, Coaches, Team Contact Persons and Players

The league requires that every person that participates in the league in any capacity be fully identified. This includes anybody in the dugout or on the field as well as a primary and secondary contact for each team.

The player form (ADD/EDIT PLAYER) collects player information into one of three categories:

    (1) minimal info required to add player to roster/league database
    (2) additional info required for player to pass league registration
    (3) other important info used to identify player

Required info items are marked with a yellow triangle. When info items are satisfied, they are marked with a green check-mark.

For each player on your roster there are two columns indicating his information status. The first tells you whether we have documentation confirming the player's DOB. The second indicates whether all required bio info for that player has been entered. Again, the same yellow triangle and green check-marks are used to indicate success and failure.

So, if the registration table = N for player contact info, you can go to your roster and scan your player list to see which players are causing the registration failure. Once you find the player, you click his Edit button and look for any data field with a yellow triangle.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------
The form that collects data that identifies a team's manager, coaches and primary/secondary contacts can be accessed via Team Profile which, in turn, is located in both:

MY CLUB > Club Account; and,
    MY TEAM > Team Account

Each team is required to identify at least a manager, a primary contact and a secondary contact. There is room for three additional coaches as well. A manager, club rep or owner, or a coach can double as a primary or secondary contact.

Each team is required to fully identify each person listed on its Team Directory. Similar to player info, a yellow triangle will show for any person whose bio info is incomplete.

Once the deadline has passed, missing data will cause the website access to be restricted for anyone from that team. Once the violation is remedied, full access is automatically restored.
