You Do Steps 1-2-3 and We Do The Rest!

Whether you are a new member or a returning member, the registration process for the ENYTB spring/summer program is the same:

    (1) ACTIVATION - To be in the league, your club and team(s) must be on the website. This is done by phone by contacting the Ed Frye at 518-542-8498.

NOTE: Please read the FAQ section - League Registration Part I - Activation before calling to be sure that you have all the info on hand that is needed to activate your club, teams and club/team personnel.

    (2) YOUR TEAM ORDER FORM - Every travel baseball team that registers with ENYTB wants a fully customized regular season schedule but teams vary greatly in the different post-season tournament options they may wish to purchase.

ENYTB offers teams berths 8 different types of tournaments, including five that are sponsored by ENYTB and hosted locally.

    A - ENYTB MADNESS! - ENYTB Members Only - FREE Entry - Ages 9U-15U

    B - ENYTB Summer BLAST! - OPEN - Ages 13U-18U

    C - ENYTB SUPER 8! - ENYTB Members Only - FREE Entry - Ages 13U-18U

Each ENYTB member team is provided a customized online registration form including only those options it is eligible to register for based on its age and power level. Member teams click the check box next to each desired item. The website provides each team with an itemized bill/invoice. The member team makes the check payable to ENYTB and mails the check to Ed Frye (address on bottom of every web page). See FAQ - League Registration Part II - YOUR PURCHASE.

    (3) OTHER INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS - All that's left is providing your scheduling preferences and your roster info. Each team enters this info to the website. Teams or players can upload their own proof of DOB to the roster. Returning players do not have to resubmit proof of age because their info is carried forward with them.

The only info you need send us separate from the website is proof of team insurance with ENYTB named as an additional insured It is strongly preferred that proof of team insurance be provided electronically where possible (pic via email). See FAQ - League Registration Part III - OTHER.

That's it! You do these three EZ steps and we do the rest.

NEW in 2015 - ENYTB has developed new proprietary software that collects team scheduling preferences on a whole range of factors, and finds viable home games with each opponents in desired competitive range. This software ensures each scheduled game matches all scheduling criteria submitted by both teams.
