ENYTB College Tour
ENYTB - The College Tour
This a partnership between ENYTB and a large group of colleges in the New York/New England region.
The program is a multi-day showcase camp that was designed to provide ENYTB players and coaches the opportunity to get instruction from local college baseball coaches, as well as counsel the families on how to approach transition from high school to college baseball.
Registration is capped at 12 teams, first come first serve. Cost is $1800 per team.
Each participating team will attend 4 colleges on 4 different days. Each college host site will have 3-6 dates available to host ENYTB teams. ENYTB teams will rotate to different colleges to play baseball at their facility and learn from the different college coaches.
On the tour days, the college coach will serve as counselor and deliver an informational presentation about the college recruiting process before each game. Parents are recommend to attend. The counselor will also be present to provide instructional feed back to ENYTB players and coaches throughout the games.
Games are June to early July - mostly Tues/Weds nights in June. There will also be 2 Saturday events where teams will travel to sites such as SUNY Oneonta and Springfield College (MA).
The results of those games will determine which teams make it to a single elimination tournament to end the event. The counselors will attend these games as well to provide instruction to players.
