ENYTB Policy re: Drafting Players
From Other ENYTB Teams For Sanctioned Tournaments

ENYTB encourages drafting and encourages teams to permit their top players to benefit from this great experience with a few caveats:

(1) Team that wishes to draft player must clear it with the player's manager first IF player's ENYTB schedule has not finished before the tournament date OR if the player's team is still active in a sanctioned tournament series via ENYTB.

(2) The player's team must keep enough players so he can finish his regular season ENYTB schedule w/o forfeiting games. If allowing player(s) to leave via draft significantly increases risk of forfeiture of scheduled ENYTB games, team should withhold permission.

(3) If the player's team has accepted a berth in or is still alive for a berth in a sanctioned NCTS via ENYTB, that team is not expected to allow its top players to be drafted.

(4) If the player's primary team has finished its ENYTB regular season and his team is no longer eligible for any sanctioned NCTS play, the player is free to be drafted w/o permission from his PRIMARY team.

And, beginning with 2015 season, following ENYTB RULE goes into force:

DRAFTED PLAYERS – shall not be eligible to move to any team that drafted them in the prior season – this policy is designed to encourage managers to let their star players be drafted. This makes the league stronger in sanctioned NCTS and provides the player with good exposure and a great experience.
