Are You Tampering With A Fellow Member's Rostered Players?

Tampering is very destructive to the league and will not be tolerated.

In case it isn't obvious to you what tampering is, CLICK HERE.

PENALTY FOR TAMPERING:
  1. Any team found guilty of tampering shall be ineligible to add to its roster any free agent who played in ENYTB in the prior or current season for a period of one calendar year. This shall include the player(s) the team was found to have tampered with;
  2. If a 2nd team from the same club is found guilty of tampering while the first team is still serving its penalty, all teams owned by the same club shall be similarly restricted;
  3. A 3rd tampering violation by any team owned by the same club within three years of the first tampering violation shall result in the immediate suspension of the offending club and all its teams from league participation in the current/upcoming season.
NOTE: ENYTB's roster protection extends to all teams owned by a member club, regardless of the league that the team participates in. For example, if an ENYTB member is a member in another league and takes a player, w/o a release and/or through tampering, from another ENYTB member, to play on a team it owns in another league, and refuses to undo the harm by giving up the player(s), shall permanently lose all membership privileges.
