Last Call For Team Registrations and Scheduling Inputs For Teams 13U and Above....FINAL WEEK TO GET ME WHAT I NEED TO SCHEDULE YOU - Registration closes April 15. After that date, we have no choice but to move on to scheduling. (It usually takes me three weeks to create competitively balanced, customized schedules for all teams at ages 13U and above.)CUSTOMIZED SCHEDULING - I need everybody's TA (team availability) and FA (field availability) by APR 15. Don't email and don't wait till last second. I will be available from 8AM to 8PM from Sunday Thru Sunday. (Earlier in the day is always better than late but late is better than not at all.) CALL ME at 518-356-9089.To be included in the league schedule, your team must have done the following by APR 15:(1) Your team must be "registered" i.e., made its sanctioning and tournament choices online. If this is your first year and you are unclear what this means, go to Help > FAQ > Team Registration.(2) You must have paid all fees due. (Once you register your team online it will have an itemized team bill (invoice). Pay the total amount. If this is impossible for some reason, contact me and we can discuss arrangements.REMINDER: Each club (not team) must also include a $225 security deposit this year to be used for any incurred scheduling fines. (3) You must CALL me to give me your scheduling inputs i.e., TA and FA. Who makes that call to give me that info varies from club to club.For some clubs, the club rep coordinates everything me and calls me with the info.For others, the manager or primary contact of each team calls me with both TA and FA. Perhaps the most common is that the club rep gives me the FA and each of their teams calls with their own TA. I think the latter results in the best schedules because in interacting with me, the manager often modifies his request for the better.
