[16U DIVISION NEWS]

Gone is the concept of age division directors!ENYTB introduces its new league rep/club rep system.(1) ENYTB calls its member organizations clubs.(2) Each club may have any number of teams.(3) Each club designates a club rep. In the case of independent clubs, this person is usually the club owner but not always. Members that are a part of a baseball organization that includes more than just travel teams e.g., Babe Ruth affiliated members, usually appoint their President or designate a Travel Coordinator for these dutes.(4) Club reps have club level access privileges on the website, which provides greater access than team level privileges. People that are both club reps and team manager/coaches, will receive a password for each role. They should always use their club level password since this gives them master level access for all teams in their club as well as all field information (through Owner Home).(5) Club reps also have the responsibility for activating its club's teams each year with the league and designating the managers. (6) Club reps are also responsible for coordinating all league registration input for their teams, from registration to scheduling and rosters. The club rep is the middle man between the league and his teams for all such information and for answering questions his team personnel may have re: ENYTB or the website.(7) Each team's club rep is listed on his team's home page (scroll down a bit and look to the left edge of the page).(8) ENYTB provides each club rep with a league rep, to answer all his questions and provide unlimited one-on-one support. Club reps should tell their team people not to contact the league directly with information requests unless they need the information urgenrtly and their club rep is unavailable.(9) Each club's league rep is listed on its home page (Owner Home) - scroll down a bit and look to the left edge of the page.Thank You and Have a Great Summer Season!Ed Frye, League Director and President
