The primary focus is on the ENYTB program elements and registration options available to teams in that age division as well as an overview of how the league year will proceed, including a checklist of what teams need to do by when. These meetings are each team's best opportunity to hear a comprehensive presentation of the ENYTB program for their age division, including what is available and the various ins and outs of membership from pre-season to regular season and through the post-season. Member input/feedback at these meetings often affects the final program decisions in each age division i.e., if there is a strong group preference for something, we do our best to accommodate that preference if possible.Q2 - Who should attend?Attendance is voluntary but we strongly urge every team to have at least one representative attend, preferably the person that will be most responsible for making all decisions regarding the team's league participation and complying with all league membership requirements e.g., registration, scheduling, team paperwork, etc.Q3 - How to prepare for the meeeting(a) READ THE LEAGUE'S PLAYING RULES FOR YOUR AGE DIVISION PRIOR TO THE MEETING - Teams may propose changes to league playing rules. Proposals approved by the Board members present, will be enacted by a simple majority vote of the members present.
