Since 1999, ENYTB's main program offering at 13U/15U has been AABC. But, as was discussed in both sessions of last weekend's annual Kick-Off meeting, the AABC program at 13U and 15U is not a good idea for teams lacking the financial wherewithal to travel across country at their own expense.1. AABC's entry-level tournament at 13U/15U is comprised mo...

ACTIVATION - Both new and returning clubs need to activate their teams with their League Rep or the League Office as early as possible each year, preferably before our annual Kick-Off Meeting. NOTE: Any Club Rep that has not been contacted by his League Rep by Jan 8 can contact me to get activated and to obtain his League Rep's name and contact info (Ed Frye at (518) 356-9089).INFORMATION YOU NEED TO ACTIVATE - Verify/update information from last year on:(1) Club(2) '06 Team(s) plus any new. (3) '06 Home Field(s) plus any new. (4) '06 Local Newspaper(s) plus any new.Be sure to have the names, email and phone numbers of any new team managers on hand when you call. Activate any (new or returning) team that you are at least 50-50 that you will register. Any information provided during activation can be changed at any time before registration concludes on April 1st, 2007. Entire teams can be added/dropped prior to April 1 w/o penalty. ACTIVATION IS FREE - No payment is required to activate your club or teams. MAJOR BENEFITS OF EARLY ACTIVATION - Activation renews the log-in codes to enytb.com for your organization. This creates a separate website within enytb.com for your club and each of your teams (see Main > Team Home and Main > Owner Home) and restores the premium access privileges for your Club Rep, managers, coaches, and players. All sanctioned and ENYTB tournaments have been updated for 2007 (date and site) except for PONY. enytb.com also provides each activated team with a fully customized online registration page, listing every sanctioning option and tournament option the team is eligible to register for in the upcoming season along with its associated fee. Mandatory items have a permanent check in the associated check-box. Programs with an empty check-box are optional (see Required Info > Registration > Options and Fees). enytb.com also provides each team an itemized invoice of its registration choices, including the total amount due and record of payment (see Required Info > Registration > Invoice). enytb.com also provides each club with a consolidated invoice, summarizing the invoices and payments of all its teams, as well as any applicable club fees or discounts (see Main > Owner Home > Team Info > Registration).See League Info > Program Info > Fees for an overview of ENYTB's 2007 Fees and Discounts. A recent enytb.com News article "Getting Ready For 2007" also includes a discussion of fees and discounts for 2007. Most teams will pay somewhat less for ENYTB registration in 2007 than 2006 and none will pay more. Those teams that qualify for large club discounts or elect not to purchase optional items that were mandatory last year, will pay significantly less. For example, a team qualifying for both discounts and not electing any optional fees could register for as little as $100 to $125. The typical team, excluding any applicable discounts will pay between $400 and $550 to be eligible for all ENYTB services, including all sanctioned tournaments available through ENYTB (excludes direct buy-ins that guarantee a berth).
