Everything except payment is done through the website.STEP 1 - ACTIVATE. Until you are activated I have no idea that you are planning on participating in the League. If your team has been activated it will appear on the League’s “activation board” (Inside The League/Teams) and your website password should be working. If you want to host on Opening Weekend at your field, or partner with the League to host a Sanctioned Tournament, or a League Tournament, please inform me when you are activating your membership, if possible. You also may call back at a later time and/or register on-line (Host Sign-Up under Tournaments or Opening Weekend).Everybody should try to be activated by the end of February.Teams can be activated by club owners only. It costs nothing and all info is subject to change. Please call me to activate. To activate your teams you must have the addresses, phone #s and email addresses of your manager and all your coaches. For returning teams, all info from last year is still there. It should be noted that the new website is hosted by a different hosting service and has a temporary address of: http://enytb.runmyleague.com/. At some point in the very near future our old address http://www.enytb.com/ will be linked to this location as well. I will announce when this happens but for now set your browsers to: http://enytb.runmyleague.com/. Is your team correctly named and classified (age and color). Is its game total correct? Check by looking at the activation board on the website. (Team’s responsibility to verify.) Have you entered contact info on website for your team’s manager, coaches etc? (Each team’s responsibility to do so. Website is programmed to keep you out of certain areas until all contact info for the manager and any listed coaches are supplied.) To enter this info, log-in, open the Tools drop-down menu by placing your cursor on it (right side of top menu bar), and click on Registration. Your coaching staff is shown on bottom middle of page. You may edit existing info and link/unlink coaches.STEP 2 - Enter your team registration selections by placing your cursor on the TOOLS drop-down menu and clicking Registration. Now, on the middle menu bar, click Registration again. All registration options available to your team are shown on this page. Simply check the box next to every item you desire. Then click the SAVE button to save your selections. You may change your registration options until April 1st. At that point all choices are locked down. To view an itemized invoice of your selections simply place your cursor on Registration again (middle menu bar) and slide it down to Invoice on the bottom menu bar and click. Your payment will be recorded on this page as well and may be printed and used as a receipt for your records.STEP 3 - Make Timely Payment. Following Step 2 club owner or team sends payment by mail or at meeting or at the League Office. When paid in full your team name will turn green on the activation board. Deadline for payment is March 15 for 12u/11u and April 1st for everyone else. For this year only, Babe Ruth teams must pay at least the base fee portion by March 1 to ensure player protection if they are eligible for it. This payment is not refundable. STEP 4 - All teams must enter their pre-scheduling info and preferences for “opening weekend” (usually held Memorial Day Weekend) on the website no later than April 15. STEP 5 - Teams must enter their pre-scheduling info and preferences for the regular season on the website. Deadline is April 1 for 12u/11u/10u and May 1st for 13U and up.STEP 6 - Club owner must contact League Office to provide home field pre-scheduling info. Deadline is April 1 for 12u/11u/10u fields and May 1st for 90' fields (13U and up).It is your responsibility to check both your team and home field availability calendars to ensure their accuracy. Once the scheduling process begins, those are the dates and times that will be used to construct your fully customized ENYTB team schedule. If your schedule is constructed from incorrect data on availability, either team or field, you will have to reschedule yourself on the fly and that defeats the purpose of what you are paying for.STEP 7 - Rosters - You must enter your roster on the website. Enter names once and all rosters can be printed directly from website. Only AABC rosters need to be signed and sent to your Division Directors. Every team also must provide its division director with one copy of each player’s birth certificate as well as a copy of its team insurance. Deadline is before your first game for 12u/11u/10u and May 15th for all teams 13U and up. All games played before this information is submitted are subject to a forfeiture penalty. If you have fulfilled all your membership obligations above your fully customized and competitively balanced schedule will begin appearing on the website game-by-game as it is created! Once the entire scheduling process is declared official, you have a grace period (until opening weekend) to negotiate whatever scheduling changes necessary. Members are obligated to reschedule games upon request during this period. Every website schedule is fully equipped with a set of self-editing tools so that you can keep your schedule updated throughout the season. Only the home team can edit a game. For a discussion of every aspect of League participation, organized by major subject area, open the League Info drop-down menu and click on About - no access codes required.
