Please welcome Tom Sisson of Halfmoon as League Coordinator for the 10U age division this year. We expect this age proup to be fairly small, somewhere between 4 and 8 teams, thus Tom may or may not choose to appoint Division Directors for the various color divisions. This will be decided at our 10u age division meeting, which is rapidly approaching.10U Divisional Meeting.........Sunday - FEB 26 4:00PM11U/12U Divisional Meetings.........Sunday - FEB 26 6:00PMEverything necessary for your participation in this League will be covered in your age division meeting.Tom will help structure the 10U division, including the earmarking of tournament berths to divisions. He will also conduct all scheduling activities, and coordinate all League operations in this division, including the hosting of the 10U AABC State Championship tournament on his fields in Halfmoon. Tom will also assist you with website operation and serve as the focal point in the collection of pre-scheduling info and your signed AABC rosters. It is because of Tom's efforts in this regard that we are able to cut the registration fees in this division to a bare minimum ($125 includes AABC tournament eligibility).Please give Tom your fullest cooperation in all matters and check this Board regularly througout the pre-season, regular season and post-season, for important messages from Tom, myself or other League Officers. GENERAL DUTIES OF League Coordinators and Division DirectorsTeams must enter their rosters on the website BEFORE they play their first League game or May 15, whichever comes first. No exceptions. See Website Tips for instructions. (1) All teams need to provide Tom with the signed original of their AABC roster (signed by coaches, players and parent/guardian for each player). Except for signatures, this roster can printed from the ENYTB website completely filled in on the official AABC roster form. NABF and PONY rosters, where applicable, do NOT need to be signed and therefore do NOT need to be submitted to the League Office (we can print them from the league Office). If you don't know your roster by May 15, please inform Tom of your situation and follow his instructions.(2) All teams also need to include a copy of each player's birth certificate (unless ENYTB website indicates birth certificate was verified in a previous year - indicated by a check in the checkbox next to his birth date on each player's roster ID form). (3) All teams also need to include a copy of their team insurance with their roster submission.(4) All teams also need to include a signed certificate form each player's parent or guardian, indicating they understand ENYTB's rules re: roster protection if that team wants to have roster protection on that player. (This form is available on the website.) Teams that don't submit this acknowledgement form for any particular player shall have no roster protection for that player. The LC or DD shall confirm each player's birthdate on the roster with his birth certificate and enter a check in the appropriate box on the player's roster ID form if correct. The birth certifcates shall be returned to the teams and the rosters shall be forwarded to Bill Kelts, ENYTB Player Agent. Bill will keep the originals of all rosters until tournament time. All roster additions need to be submitted to Bill with appropriate documentation of age etc. The signed rules acknowledgement forms shall be forwarded to Jeff Pexton for League record-keeping.In addition to properly documenting your team, each team needs to fill out the calendar forms on the website for team availability. Separate forms are provided for "opening weekend" games (usually Memorial Day Weekend but sometimes a week or two later for the senior division teams) and for the rest of the regular season. Field availability this year will be reported to Mark Musto. Team registration can be done by each team on the website w/o interaction with League administrators. We are here to provide assistance as needed. All registration choices must be final no later than late March and all registration fees are due no later than late March. At that point teams will be put into divisions and scheduling will begin. Feel free to contact Tom throughout the season for assistance with the website, rescheduling games with other members, understanding your STANDINGS or any other League matter. If your inquiry requires further assistance, he will refer you to me or the League Player Agent, Bill Kelts, as appropriate.Ed Frye

  • How Do League Participants Retrieve Their Own Password?

    enytb.com allows users to retrieve their own password at any time.

    To retrieve your own password:

    Go to the very top of the home page and click on the [Login] button. In the spawned modal, click [Lost Password?]

    Enter your ENYTB registered email address;

    Click the applicable user ID (if there is more than one).

    The system will instantly email your password to your registered email address.

    NOTE: If you get a message stating that you aren't a registered user, the system is telling you that it does not recognize the email address you have entered i.e., it is not of a valid email address/password pairing. This would happen if you have multiple email address and are entering a different email address from what you are registered under in the system. It could also mean you have typed in your email address incorrectly or that it was originally entered incorrectly to the system. If you believe it to be the latter, please contact your league navigator for assistance. If you don't know who your league navigator is, contact Ed Frye at 518-356-9089.

Custom Scheduling

ENYTB puts you in the driver’s seat in determining when and how much you team plays as well as who you play.
  • Have your schedule include the exact number of games you want week-by-week as well as in total;
  • Have your HOME games scheduled only on the dates/times your home field and team are both available;
  • Have your AWAY games scheduled only on the dates/times your team is available;
  • Automatically eliminate opponents outside your team’s competitive range; and,
  • Top priority given to scheduling games with specific opponents that you designate as most preferred. You can also block specific opponents you prefer not playing.

Schedule Reliability

Schedule reliability is the hallmark of every great league!
  • Teams are required to play all games as scheduled;
  • 100% enforcement via ENYTB website;
  • More than 90% of all ENYTB scheduled games are played as scheduled, excluding cancellations due to bad weather;
  • Games that aren’t played as scheduled (forfeits) can be made up at a later time by mutual agreement to avoid fine;
  • Fines are imposed for un-played or un-scored games;
  • ENYTB guarantees reimbursement for unavoidable out-of-pocket game expenses due to late cancellations.

Tournament Opportunities

  • Local tournaments hosted on premium fields, including Joe Bruno Stadium, home to the Tri-City ValleyCats, minor league affiliate of the Houston Astros.
  • Exclusive local tournaments for Members Only: Super 8, Summer Blast, Madness!, and ValleyCats Fall Classic. Each with a 2 game guarantee. Sign up available on team order form.
  • OPEN tournament: Last Man Standing. 3 game guarantee. Last weekend of July. All teams in the Capital District and beyond are welcome to join in this summer finale! Members sign up on team order form. Non-members sign up on-line through tournament menu.
  • Sanctioned National Championship Tournament Series are available to members at all ages via ENYTB affiliates: NABF; PONY; and, AABC. Sign-up available on team order form.
