You guys took it easy on me this weekend. Only three requests forchanges were made. One was easy to do (NYCDK got a twi-night DH4/29), one was impossible (no opponent was available), and one wasaccepted but withdrawn. Also, the roster print function on teh website is now working for allteams (if I'm wrong on that let me know but I logged in as a cl... read more

NOTES:(i) Brunswick 13 has not entered its team availabilty. Please contactyour league rep ASAP.(ii) Everyone needs to check their team availability and verify it iscorrect. If it is not, contact your league rep ASAP. Especially checkMonday of opening weekend as we may have lost some data for that datein this division.(iii) 4 teams (16%) have not yet paid but all are in the process ofdoing so.In general, the registration and scheduling data for this agedivision is in good shape. *******************************************All 25 13U teams have been placed into league divisions based ontheir registration choices. (1) Every team but one (Rome City Cyclones) chose at least onesanctioned tournament option. (2) Only one 13U team (Bennington Reds) selected the Last ManStanding Standing Tournament. Thus, unless several silver 14U teamsare interested, there will be no LMS for 13U teams this year. (3) Gold Teams = 8(4) Silver Teams = 17 (5) AABC Divisions/BerthsGOLD = 7 teams -----> 1 div/2 berthsSILVER = 13 teams --> 2 div/1 berth each - (Northern zone got its owndivision)WC = G/S -----------> 1 berth(6) NABF Divisions/BerthsG/S Combined = 3 teams --> 1 div/1 berth(7) PONY Divisions/BerthsGOLD = 5 teams ----> 1 Div/1BerthSilver = 7 teams --> 1 Div/1 BerthWC = 9 teams ------> 1 Div/2 berthsNOTE: All PONY registered teams also registered AABC. This will keepthe must play requirements down for the AABC/PONY teams.(8) DLCGOLD = 4 teams plus one IF (SPORTSMASTER). Looking for one moreteam.SILVER = 6 teams = PERFECT!All teams that register for the DLC get in - it is a buy-in event. The top 6 teams in each color get into the championship pool. Othersfall into the consolation pool. I have the feeling this is thebeginning of a great new tradition that will become increasinglypopular as teams gain experience with it.Go Main > Team Home > Standings to see what divisions your team isin. If you know you registered for a tournament and are not in adivision for a berth to that tournament, please notify meimmediately. If, after reviewing the 13U division structure and your team'splacement, you decide you want to increase your eligibility i.e.,register for more tournaments, you must let me know before Wednesday.DO NOT enter the change yourself - go through me. Otherwise I will beunaware and the necessary changes will not be made.Wildcards - This was done in two steps.STEP 1 - I put everyone in every wildcard division they were eligiblefor except the Utica teams and Brunswick. Brunswick because theyrequested 12 games only and the Utica teams because they play weekendDHs only and it is not practical for them to play a large number ofopponents one game each. I do NOT know each team's total must playgames at this point. STEP 2 - The must play games for 5 teams were significantly higherthan the number of games they requested.BSPA req 20 and = 28BETH Red req 24 and = 29Beth Bl req 20 and = 32Col Pats req 20 and = 31To balance the game totals, BSPA, Beth Bl and Col were dropped fromboth wildcards and BETH Red was dropped from the AABC wildcard. Final Team Count - 23 Total Teams (5 Gold; 15 Silver; and 3 Bronze)NOTES:(i) Six teams still have not paid.(ii) One team (CNY Naturals) still has no scheduling data entered. This was a difficult age to set up because teams have threeconsecutive sanctioned tournaments they can be eligible for beginningthe last weekend of June, making for a very short... read more
