How To Process An Admin Cancel Request & Other Important Stuff

All requests for schedule changes require approval by one of two parties depending on the nature of the request:

1 - Member-to-member requests - your opponent
2 - Member-to-member requests (WP & AC) - the league

In both cases, BEFORE submitting the request to our online request system, you must contact the other party and explain the request.

For example, if your team has decided to pass up a league game to play in an outsidfe tournament, you don't just enter an AC to the system. You call the league to state your request and tour reason. In this case, your request would not be allowed by ENYTB rule and you would be told to forfeit the game if you can't play it as scheduled, or request a NWP or NHNFC from your opponent.

**********************ENYTB's 48 HOUR RULE*************************

No request for a schedule change i.e., game transaction can be entered to the system inside of 48 hours of the game's scheduled start time.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

So if you snooze, you lose. Remember with schedule reliability, or at least minimal reasonable notification, we don't have a league. Think of your opponent and treat him as you would want to be treated.

******************ENYTB's NO SHOW RULE ADOPTED 2017****************

If a team fails to show up for a game and fails to notify its opponent beforehand, that team shall be immediately and permanently banished from the league.

Please report any infractions to me.

Furthermore, if the same club has two teams in the same year guilty of NO-SHOW infractions, the entire club shall be immediately and permanently banished from the league.

There is no good excuse for a NO-SHOW. A NO-SHOW shows utter disdain and contempt for your fellow members.
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Let's hope none of this bad stuff ever happens. We have a great league with great members, let's keep it that way.
