We do that for you based on your game day requests to insure you get a complete schedule.• Schedule customized to each team’s availability and home field availability: --> Team & field availability – by date and time-of-day; --> Play on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, as you like; --> Play Single Games; Doubleheaders; 9 Inning Games Or Any Mix;• ALL schedules also are “competitively balanced” – each team plays a majority of its games against teams in their own competitive class with the option for crossover games with teams one step above and one step below you, as desired.• Coaches have on-line real time web site access to team schedules, standings and statistical information.• Open Rosters – do not need to conform to summer rosters. NOTE: ENYTB summer team players are free to play for other fall teams if their summer team is not participating in ENYTB Fall Ball.• Teams Can Be Of Mixed Ages. Fall teams can have as many as 5 players one year older than team age. Teams will be further age classified as +/- depending on age distribution of full roster. In addition, teams will be classified as Gold (Highest Skill Level); Hi Silver (Medium Skill Level); and Lo Silver (Lowest Skill Level). • Schedule Reliability – Except for weather postponements, ENYTB is generally a play as scheduled or forfeit league. For local opponents (less than 60 miles apart), up to two games per season can be rescheduled as a non-weather postponement or canceled by mutual agreement provided REQUEST is entered to the website at least 7 days in advance and provided OPPONENT GRANTS YOUR REQUEST. NOTE: Games between non-local opponents can not be rescheduled or canceled.• Fines - Fines are $75 per forfeit and $75 per “Passed” game (not scored or updated online within 7 days of when it was scheduled to be played). There is an extra $75 penalty for fines related to non-local games. Example: The fine for a forfeit of a doubleheader with a non-local opponent would be $225. ENYTB’s rules on reschedules and automatic enforcement of fines has made it the most reliable league around. If you don’t plan on playing your schedule as scheduled, this is not the league for you. All fine money is returned to the general membership in the following season.• Last minute forfeits should be few and far between in this league. However, they will happen occasionally. When they do, if the offending team is the away team, the home team is guaranteed full restitution for all unavoidable game costs e.g., cancelled ump fees and use or lose field rental fees.• Fields and insurance available for independent teams and/or those teams who may not be able to obtain these necessities from their local organizations.
